Frequent Flyer

Many people travel frequently for business or pleasure and experience jet lag that can last for days, especially after long flights. Researchers (don't ask me which ones, I'm sure they are legit) now suggest taking pine bark extract to help reduce the duration of jet lag. Brain tissue tends to swell slightly on long flights and pine bark extract (an anti-edema) can significantly cut down on the swelling, and thus shorten your jet lag period.

Maybe you should check with your doctor or wikipedia first...
