Scrapple was never a staple for breakfast in my family. I seriously had never even tasted it before my 20's. Anyway, Philadelphia has decided to celebrate this "meat". Head on over to the Reading Terminal on March 21st to eat it, watch it be made into sculptures, and listen to live music. You may even figure out what exactly goes into scrapple, but maybe that is better left unknown.
