Ever notice that Thai restaurants, unlike other Asian establishments, tend not to give you chopsticks? I've consumed a good deal of thai food in my life in a variety of places, but have always had standard western silverware placed on the table. Being the inquisitive foodie that I am, I searched the interwebs to research Thai eating customs.
Seems that the Thai people do use chopsticks but are more partial to fork and spoon, even back in the motherland.
